Dan Carroll, owner, is an Industry veteran of 26 years. Dan joined Louver Drape as Assistant Regional Manager in 1980 and was National Sales Manager in 1993 when he established Portsmouth Blind and Shade Co. The company has evolved into a full service commercial and residential resource.

The Difference: Professionalism and Service. When you visit our showroom you meet the owner and installers who will be coming to your home. We have full size displays of all the products in our showroom. Jobsite consultations are part of our service.

Service: Our installers receive up to 4 weeks per year of certified professional installer training. We have a Platinum Plus Hunter Douglas Installer rating - the highest given. We do not use subcontractors, you can always expect the installer to arrive on schedule.
